"GeoGebra is free and multi-platform dynamic mathematics software for all levels of education that joins geometry, algebra, tables, graphing, statistics and calculus in one easy-to-use package. It has received several educational software awards in Europe and the USA" (Babin & Beyerle).
Users can create any geometric shapes in either 2D or 3D using the easy-to-use geometric tool and function input features. In a math class, if the teacher wants to show the students about the meaning of transformation for a quadratic function, which involving the effects of changing (h, k) in a standard quadratic function, simply, input the function with its change parameters. See example. Geometry students can also use GeoGebra to design their swimming pool project .
